Luxury Morocco Vacation Packages: Private 5-Star Tours & Tailor-Made Holidays

If you’re comparing luxury Morocco vacation packages, here’s the short answer: a genuine luxury package includes a private chauffeur-guided itinerary, five-star riads or boutique hotels, at least one night in a premium Sahara desert camp, and a plan built around your dates rather than a fixed group schedule. Tilila Travel designs each trip this way, working from Marrakech and Casablanca to cover the destinations that make Morocco worth a luxury trip in the first place the Sahara, the Atlas Mountains, and the imperial cities.

Below, we’ll walk through what’s actually included, what it costs, which destinations belong in your itinerary, and how to book plus real tour options you can look at right now, like our luxury and private desert trips from Marrakech and best Morocco luxury tours for 2027.

Every traveler wants something a little different — that's exactly how we plan.

Tell us how much time you have, where you're starting from, and what draws you to Chefchaouen — the mountains, the photography, the quiet, the handicrafts, or simply a break from the bigger cities. We'll build a private itinerary around that, from your arrival to your final transfer.

Plan Your Morocco Tour Now

Why Choose a Luxury Morocco Vacation?

A lot of “luxury” tours in Morocco are really just standard group tours with a nicer hotel bolted on. That’s the number one complaint we hear from travelers who’ve been burned before: a bus full of strangers, a rushed schedule, and a guide reading from a script.

A real luxury holiday looks different:

  • Private, not shared. Your car, your driver, your pace — no waiting on other guests.
  • Comfort at every stop. Five-star hotels and boutique riads instead of budget hostels.
  • Flexibility built in. Want an extra night in Chefchaouen? Skip a stop you’re not interested in? Done.
  • A dedicated local expert. Someone who’s actually driven every kilometer of your route and knows which kasbah is worth the detour.

If that’s the kind of trip you’re picturing, take a look at our private Morocco tours hub, where every itinerary is built around exactly this approach.

Explore Morocco’s Most Luxurious Destinations

Marrakech

Your trip almost certainly starts here. Marrakech pairs five-star riads tucked behind unmarked medina doors with genuinely world-class food, spas, and gardens. It’s also the easiest launch point for the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara.

The Sahara Desert (Merzouga & Erg Chebbi)

This is the part people remember years later — arriving at a luxury desert camp by camel or 4×4, dinner under a sky with zero light pollution, and a private guide who actually knows the dunes. Our Sahara desert tours from Marrakech include private camel treks and premium camp stays built specifically for this.

Atlas Mountains

Berber villages, mountain passes, and a slower pace between Marrakech and the desert. A private chauffeur means you can stop wherever the view demands it, instead of sticking to a bus schedule.

Fes, Chefchaouen & Casablanca

Fes gives you the oldest medina in the world and serious culinary depth. Chefchaouen is the blue city everyone’s seen in photos — better in person, and best visited without a tour group blocking the alley. Casablanca is where most international flights land and home to the Hassan II Mosque, Africa’s largest.

Essaouira & the Atlantic Coast

If you want a couple of relaxed days after the desert, Essaouira’s coastal air and seafood are the reset button most itineraries need.

Luxury Morocco Vacation Packages

What’s Included in a Luxury Morocco Vacation Package?

Short answer: private transportation with a professional chauffeur, five-star or boutique accommodation throughout, a private guide at each major stop, at least one premium desert camp night, and airport transfers — all built around your own schedule rather than a group’s.

Here’s the fuller breakdown:

What’s included What it looks like
Private chauffeur & vehicle Air-conditioned SUV or VIP van, professional driver, English/French/Spanish-speaking
Accommodation Five-star hotels, boutique riads, or luxury desert camps — your choice at each stop
Guiding Local, licensed guides in Marrakech, Fes, and other key cities
Desert experience Camel trek at sunset + overnight in a premium Sahara camp
Airport transfers VIP pickup and drop-off included
Flexibility Custom pacing, optional add-ons (hot air balloon, cooking class, spa)

Want to see this structure applied to a real itinerary? Our custom Morocco tour packages page lets you build the above around your own dates.

How Much Does a Luxury Morocco Vacation Cost?

Pricing depends heavily on trip length, group size, and hotel tier, but as a general range: private multi-day Morocco tours with Tilila Travel typically run from around €1,000 for a shorter 5–6 day private route up to €4,000+ for longer 12–18 day luxury itineraries with premium hotels throughout. Solo travelers and couples pay more per person than families or small groups sharing a vehicle, since the chauffeur and car cost is fixed either way.

The honest answer to “will this cost more than a group tour” is yes — you’re paying for privacy, flexibility, and better hotels. The trade-off is no rushed mornings, no compromising on which stops make the cut, and no strangers in your car.

For an exact number, it’s genuinely faster to request a personalized quote than to guess from a price range, since hotel category and season both move the total significantly.

Luxury Experiences Worth Building Into Your Itinerary

  • Private desert camps — the difference between a “glamping tent” and an actual luxury camp is real; ask specifically what tier you’re booking.
  • Hot air balloon at sunrise over Marrakech — consistently rated as a trip highlight. See the Marrakech hot air balloon experience.
  • Private Moroccan cooking class — hands-on, farm-to-table, and a nice break from sightseeing. Check the Marrakech cooking class.
  • Agafay Desert at sunset — closer to Marrakech than the Sahara, good for a half-day luxury add-on. Browse Agafay Desert tours.
  • Private chauffeur throughout — worth confirming this is included, not an upsell, before you book anywhere.

Luxury Packages for Every Type of Traveler

Couples & honeymooners — private riads, quiet desert nights, and a pace with zero rushing. Families — private vehicles sized for the group, kid-friendly stops, and flexible daily schedules. See our private family tours to Morocco for an example. Travelers over 55 comfortable pacing, well-vetted hotels, shorter driving days. Our tailor-made senior Morocco tours are built specifically around this. Small private groups friends traveling together but still wanting a private (not shared-bus) experience.

Not sure which category fits? Our tailor-made Morocco tours page walks through options for each traveler type.

Why Book with Tilila Travel?

We’re a Marrakech-based travel agency, not a booking platform reselling someone else’s itinerary. That matters for a few practical reasons:

  • Local, licensed guides and drivers who know the routes firsthand not subcontracted last-minute.
  • Transparent pricing — no bait-and-switch quotes once you’ve already committed.
  • Real reviews you can check — we’re rated 5.0 based on 192 Google reviews, which you can read yourself before booking.
  • 100% tailor-made — every package on this page is a starting point, not a fixed product; we build the final itinerary around your dates and interests.

If you’d rather see the full range of what we run before narrowing down to “luxury” specifically, our best Morocco tours and top private Morocco tour packages pages are good starting points.

We booked a 2 day private tour to the desert and had a great experience. The organization was smooth and everything went as planned. Both Mohamed, the manager, and Abdel, our guide, did an outstanding job! I fully recommend booking with Tilila Travel 👍🏻

My wife and I travelled in Morocco in early May. We used Tililia travel through a friend suggestion. The experience was wonderful. Our driver Yousef was terrific and was there from the start to the finish. He was there to pick us up from the airport, and drop us off at the end of the trip. We had plans and activities arranged every day and had the ability to make minor changes as deemed be necessary. The guides were good. We always felt safe and never had any issues communicating as everyone spoke English. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Morocco, and Tililia travel was a large part of the reason for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend them for anyone visiting Morocco.

We just finished our tour yesterday. We love our tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this tour. The tour has great balance among culture, nature, and historical sites. Our guide is super patient, kind, and attentive. He waited for our slow walking family members. When someone needs bathroom or water stop, he finds the clean roadside restaurants/shops. We have took guided tours in different countries. Our Morocco guide is head and shoulder above all the other tour guides we had before. Above was my trip in 2019. I just went again in March 2023. The tour is well organized. Itinerary was given to us in advance. There’s no surprise. Everything went smoothly. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. He drives the whole tour, polite, helpful, and always on time. The city guide in Fez was exceptional, she tailored tour to our specific interests. The cooking class arranged by Mohammed, the owner of Tilila Tour was amazing. Every time I make those dishes, I will be thinking about this trip. It was a great memory making trip.

I was connected with Tilila travels through Rough Guides. We worked with Mohamed , the owner, on the details and he accommodated all of our changes/request and were able to create a trip based on timing, budget, duration and things we wanted to see in Morocco. Communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Our trip started off with a guided tour of Marrakech with our guide, Ibrahim, who was fantastic - helped us find some off the grid souks and gave us a unique local perspective into Marrakech and its history that we would never have received on our own. I also was not feeling too hot and he made sure to check in and make stops when needed. Our driver, Mohamed (not the tour owner), for our 9 day road trip around Morocco, was a true superstar. He made our trip such an amazing adventure, paying attention to our likes and dislikes and really took care of us like family. All of our stops (Dades Gorge, Fes, Chefchaouen, Rabat, and Casablanca) were incredible to experience and the local city guides assigned to us took it to another level. The only exception was the Sahara desert camp which just wasn’t our cup of tea, but Mohamed the owner did address our feedback which was nice. Other than that, the whole trip was amazing and we would recommend Tilila to anyone looking to visit Morocco.

My husband and I took a 9-day tour of Morocco with Tilila Travel in April 2026. Our expectations were exceeded! The company is very professional and responsive, but most importantly they were there for us every time! We felt completely safe and cared for while we traveled across the beautiful country of Morocco. I have some mobility issues, and Tilila was great about making accommodations for me. They let me pick and choose activities, and they were able to shorten some things that were too hard for me. Accommodations were beautiful and some of them were really wonderful! All of them were comfortable and our needs were always met. When my husband was hit with a GI bug, our driver took us to a pharmacy where he was able to get antibiotics and felt better quickly! Speaking of drivers, Walid was the best! Kind, patient and the best driver I ever saw. Always available and treated us so well! We LOVED our trip and would always recommend Tilila Travel!

We had a fantastic experience on this trip and really enjoyed every part of it. The itinerary through Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, the Sahara, and Marrakech was very well planned, and everything ran smoothly. All the accommodations were exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well located. A special mention for our driver, Ali, who was friendly, punctual, and very professional throughout. He made the long drives easy and was always accommodating. The Sahara experience was a highlight—the camel ride and ATV were especially memorable. For an 8-day trip, there is naturally quite a bit of driving involved. If we were to do it again, we might consider trimming one or two stops just to allow for a slightly more relaxed pace—but overall, the itinerary was very enjoyable and well put together. Overall, the service and execution were excellent. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable Morocco experience.

With Tilila Travel, we took a 5-day tour from the ocean to the desert. The tour by car was safe, comfortable, and full of fun. The desert, which I saw for the first time, impressed me greatly. I am very grateful to Tilila Travel, especially to our guide Mustapha and to my friends who made the journey unique.

Tilila Travel gave us personal, prompt, polite, and extremely solicitous attention to all of our requests and travel needs. They arranged beautiful lodging, sensible schedules, and excellent local tour services. A great outfit to deal with. Our driver Tawfiq was a hoot. We spent many hours on the road in conversation about Morocco and life on both sides of the ocean. He had boundless energy and enthusiasm, and always bent over backwards with great local advice for touring, eating, and sightseeing. We all laughed and sang a lot on our long travel days, while we listened to his playlists of Moroccan folk and dance music. He was on call for us in the evenings, and drove us to restaurants and entertainment, taking all of the worry out of navigating the cities. Tawfiq was more like a travel buddy than a driver, and infinitely better than Uber!
