- Moderate: 100% refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before the start time of the experience. Cancellations made after that time period will receive no refund
- Strict: Travelers may cancel up to 7 days before the start time of the experience to receive a full refund, and between 3-6 days to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after that time period will receive no refund
